Rob Greenfield brings a whole new meaning to dumpster diving. He brings purpose and awareness to findings within the dumpster. Cycling across the country taught Rob how to live an environmentally friendly life. Within one hundred and forty days of riding, he had used only 260 gallons of water creating two pounds of trash. While teaching himself how to live this considerably ‘environmentally friendly life,’ he embarked on a personal journey of ultimate water conservation. He did not shower for one thousand days.

 From the dangerous and unimaginable life of a former child detainee; to an award winning human rights activist, Meltem Avcil shares her personal journey within a detention center. At the tender age of thirteen, Meltem ‘literally’ had to put her own life in her hands, contemplating how to physically prove that she does not enjoy being in prison. Her suicide attempt, leaves her feeling uncomfortable by a prison guard. Her proposed ‘escape’ appears in the form of a flight on November 15th, 2007. Escape does not come without brutality.

Shaadow’s Movement of the Mind

Movement, whether ‘intricate’ or ‘simple’ can make quite the impact. For seven years, the art form of dance has captivated the mind and body of Shaadow Sefiroth. He had first found “electric dance” in the country of France. Within a year, his attention had focused to hip-hop. Through research, Shaadow developed a deeper understanding of both the dance and culture of hip-hop.
