All before his 21st birthday, Zak Abel established himself as quite the soulful artist. Hailing from North London, his soulful nature expressed the deeper meanings behind ‘simplicity of everyday life’ at this year’s TEDxTeen.
From a global perspective, Zak understands the delicate marriage between melodies and musical alliances. His collaborations maintain the beauty of music, while allowing for the listeners to connect symbolically to the words he speaks.
Sitting only a few rows from the TEDx stage, provided me with this surreal feeling unable to be duplicated. Each word spoken gave a different meaning to his perspective of life. The varying emphasis on each individual word, allowed for the audience to truly appreciate his soulful nature. We were able to reminisce on the simplicity of understanding how ‘these are the days.’
After his breathtaking, incredible performance at TEDxTeen, we are certain that 2016 only has even greater opportunities to offer Zak. From playing a sold-out headline show to his upcoming debut album; the world’s definitely ready for all that he has to offer.
